  1. Purpose of this Policy

This Service Delivery and Fulfilment Policy explains how freelance services ordered from MANOJ DaTz are accepted, scheduled, performed, delivered, and deemed fulfilled. It is designed for service-based transactions rather than the sale of standard physical goods.

  1. Nature of Fulfilment

MANOJ DaTz provides customised creative and digital services. Fulfilment may therefore consist of consultations, discovery sessions, written proposals, mood boards, concepts, static designs, video drafts, edits, animation previews, website builds, staging links, published pages, strategy documents, exported files, source files, reports, or other agreed digital deliverables, depending on the project type.

  1. Order Acceptance and Commencement

A service order is considered accepted only after the client approves the quotation, proposal, invoice, or scope in writing and the required advance payment is received. Work will usually commence according to the production schedule communicated to the client, subject to project queue, availability, and receipt of the necessary materials.

  1. Client Inputs Required for Delivery

To enable timely fulfilment, the client must provide accurate briefs, content, branding assets, product or service information, legal disclaimers where required, access credentials, hosting or domain information where relevant, and timely approvals or feedback. Delivery timelines may be paused or extended where these client inputs are delayed, incomplete, inconsistent, or unavailable.

  1. Estimated Timelines

Any timeline provided by MANOJ DaTz is an estimate unless expressly stated as a guaranteed deadline in writing. Delivery timing depends on project complexity, scope stability, client responsiveness, technical dependencies, revision volume, force majeure events, and the performance of third-party tools or platforms.

  1. Method of Delivery

Deliverables may be provided by email, secure file transfer, cloud link, staged website URL, content management system upload, approved messaging channel, or other commercially reasonable digital method. Physical shipment is not included unless expressly agreed in writing for a particular project.

  1. Revisions During Fulfilment

Where revision rounds are included in the approved scope, revisions will be handled within the stated limits. Requests exceeding the agreed revision allowance, or requests that substantially change the original brief, may result in revised pricing, revised timelines, or a new scope approval before further work continues.

  1. Completion and Deemed Fulfilment

A service may be treated as fulfilled when any of the following occurs: the agreed deliverable is sent or made available to the client; the work is deployed or published as instructed; the client approves the final output; or the project reaches a stage where completion is prevented solely by the client’s delay, non-response, or failure to provide required materials or approvals.

  1. Delays, Pauses, and Dormant Projects

If a project is paused or becomes dormant due to client-side delay, MANOJ DaTz may reschedule the remaining work to a later available production slot. Prolonged inactivity may require scope, fees, and timelines to be reviewed before work resumes. Any third-party or platform fees already incurred remain payable.

  1. Service Restrictions and Special Conditions

Services are delivered based on the approved scope and professional judgement. MANOJ DaTz does not warrant a specific business outcome, search ranking, ad performance level, social media growth metric, or commercial result unless expressly committed in writing. Technical compatibility, third-party platform approvals, and marketplace policies may affect the final implementation.

  1. Final Release of Editable Files and Administrative Handover

Where a project includes editable files, website credentials, packaged assets, or administrative handover materials, release of such items is subject to full payment of all invoices and completion of any agreed project closure steps.

  1. Refund Position

All payments are non-refundable once paid, except in cases of duplicate payment, administrative error, or where required by applicable law.

  1. Customer Support and Service Queries

Clients may raise delivery questions, request status updates, or report a fulfilment concern using the contact details below.
